My car wouldn't start on a cold morning and I needed it sorted before a hospital appointment. I rang round and this was the first company that could fit someone the same day. The chap who came out was polite and explained what was wrong before doing anything. Everything was handled very well and I was back on the road by lunchtime. Thank you to everyone involved.
Read moreCompared with the big national chain I normally use, this took a lot longer to get an appointment through. I had to wait nearly a week and then ring twice to confirm the booking. The work itself was fine but I'd rather not have to chase it next time.
Read moreThe itemised bill was the bit that stood out most, every part and labour line was listed separately with what it cost. Clutch was slipping so I wanted it looked at without paying over the odds, and the quote matched what they charged. Read moreI've been coming here for years now but I'll be honest, a local independent I used to go to charged less for the same oil service. Compared with them this is dearer by a fair bit. The work is always done properly though and they remember my car. Took a day longer than promised for the service this time.
I booked my car in for a service through the site, which I found quite clear to follow, though I did have to read the instructions twice. When I arrived the car was ready at the time they said, and the work was carried out properly. However, I was told the parts were on order and I had to wait nearly a week for them to come in, which I didn't think was reasonable for something so routine.
My MOT was due in three days and the car was making a grinding noise. Looked at a couple of other places first but the earliest slots were a week away. Found a slot here the next morning and they fitted me in. Didn't love that the price went up a bit once they looked at the brakes.
