Ordered my first shop here last night and the delivery slot I picked was early the next morning, which was the bit that stood out most to me. Everything arrived in one piece and the bananas were fine.
Read moreThe filter size I ordered was listed as universal but it was actually the wrong fit for my boiler. I know these things are fiddly and I should have checked the model, but the listing could be clearer. Returning it took a few emails and about a week. The refund did come through in the end.
Read moreCompared with the two other sites I looked at for a set of pans, this was clearly the better value once delivery was in. The other two wanted nearly a tenner for postage on the same basket, and here it was included. Ordered on a Sunday, it was on the doorstep Tuesday morning. The pans are solid and the price was lower than the rest. Would just go straight here next time.
Read moreCompared with the big supermarket app, this was a lot quicker to get through at checkout and the basket saved without me logging in. The item I ordered was a set of kitchen towels and they arrived the next morning. My only gripe is the search box, which kept suggesting things I didn't want. Otherwise sorted, and I'd order again.
I have been ordering my cleaning products from here for years and the bottle of floor cleaner I bought this time was the usual brand. Delivery was the same as always, a day or two. The only small thing was the order confirmation email took a while to arrive. Otherwise no complaints.
I needed something for my sister's birthday that would arrive before the weekend. I looked at a couple of other shops first but the delivery dates were all next week. This one had a slot for Saturday and the gift came on time. Ordering was easy enough, though the site was a bit slow to load on my phone. Would use them again.
