Ywigs

Needed a spare part for an older boiler and most places had stopped stocking it. Found the right one here with the reference number matching my old part. Good kit, fits first time, nothing I'd change.

Needed a new cot mattress because the old one had gone flat and my son was sleeping badly. Found a decent one at a fair price with the right size. Arrived in three days and fitted the cot perfectly. Good value and no fuss.

Compared to the big brand I'd normally buy, this one has a better spec sheet for less money, and I've been running cable and network kit for years so I know what to look for. The cable gauge is what you'd expect and the connectors are properly finished. Delivery was next day and it was packaged sensibly. Would buy from them again without a second thought.

I needed a replacement phone charger because mine stopped working the night before a work trip, so I was after something that would arrive quickly. Found it on the site, placed the order at lunchtime and it came the next afternoon. The charger works perfectly and the cable is a decent length. I didn't have any issues with the checkout or the tracking emails either. Very happy I found them when I did.

Great first order, the checkout was quick and the confirmation email came straight away. The headphones arrived in two days in a sealed box. Everything I needed was there with no surprises. Will be ordering again.

Needed a replacement lens cap and filter for my camera, and I know the kit well enough to be picky. The thread matched exactly and the glass is clear with no coating marks. Shipped the same day and turned up the next morning. Nothing to complain about.

Ordered the grey fleece in a medium after checking the size guide twice. Fits almost exactly as the photos suggest, the fabric is soft and not too thin. Arrived in four days with the tags still on. Checkout was simple and the price was lower than the high street. Happy with it.

Their tools have always been decent value and this time was no different. I ordered a set of drill bits, they were packed in a sturdy box and everything was there. Delivery was on time and the price was fair. Been buying from them for about ten years and they've never let me down.

The checkout on my phone was the thing I noticed, it loaded fast and the saved address filled in on its own. Ordered a replacement cable on the way to work, took maybe a minute. Got the confirmation straight after. Arrived the next afternoon. Only thing is the app wanted me to log in again, but otherwise sorted.
