I checked a few places for sunglasses and this one ended up with the best price for the style I wanted. Frames came in a sturdy box and the lenses are dark and clear. Arrived quicker than I expected.
Read moreThe lenses weren't right for my prescription and it took almost a week of emails before anyone would sort a replacement. I'd expected a simple swap but the customer service replies were slow and I had to chase them twice. Frames were fine. Price was reasonable so I'm not sure I'd bother again.
Read moreI needed a spare pair of distance glasses for our trip to Cornwall because I'd sat on my good ones and cracked them. I've been ordering from this lot for years now, ever since my son said they were cheaper than the shop in town. The order process was straightforward as always, and the new pair arrived before we set off. Everything was as it should be, the prescription was right first time and the…
Read moreI needed a replacement pair of reading glasses as my old ones had gone missing on a trip. I'm afraid the ordering page was a little fiddly for me, as I had to scroll back and forth to find the right frame size. Once I'd done that, the process was straightforward and the glasses arrived promptly. The frames sit comfortably and I'm pleased with them.
Needed new specs fast after mine snapped on a Friday night. Booked on my phone during the commute and it was dead easy, just check the prescription and pay. Arrived Wednesday, fits well, can see properly again. Only thing was the order confirmation went to spam so I thought nothing had happened for a day.
I compared three other online opticians before choosing this one and it came out cheapest for what I wanted. The frames were a bit smaller in real life than the photos suggested, but they still fit. Delivery took a few extra days beyond what the site said.
Needed glasses for a new job where I'm on screens all day. Picked a pair with a screen filter and the price was fine. Haven't had them long but they're comfy so far.
Compared to my usual optician this was noticeably cheaper for the same prescription, which is why I gave it a go. The order process was simple, you upload your prescription and pick your frames. Delivery was quick and the lenses were spot on, nothing to complain about. Would have been five if the tracking email came through earlier.
