What I always notice first is how easy the site is to get around, even with my eyes these days. I have been ordering from them for about eleven years now, mainly household bits and the odd gift for the grandchildren. Their customer service has always been civil and they have never once made me feel foolish for asking something daft. Prices stay sensible and the orders arrive when they say they…
Read moreI bought a cordless drill from them and the one that arrived was a different colour to the photo on the page, which put me off a bit. Ordered two weeks ago and it took nearly ten days to show up. Once I had it, it works fine but I had to chase them about the delivery.
Read moreHonestly the thing that got me was how fast the order turned up, I placed it on a Monday night and it was on the doorstep by Wednesday lunchtime. Only niggle is the box was a bit squashed on one corner, the phone case inside was fine though so not a big deal. Checkout was simple, didn't need to make an account which I liked. Would order again for sure, just wish the packaging was a bit tougher.

My old lock snapped in the rain and I needed something quick before I went back to work. I have bought from this site a few times before. Ordered the lock on Monday and it was on the doorstep Wednesday. Solid and does the job.
Compared with the high street chain I usually use, the prices here were noticeably lower for the same kettle. I was a bit nervous ordering from a site I had not heard of before. Arrived well packed and in good time. Happy with it.
The price was the main reason I went with them, as the same bedside table costs noticeably more at the big furniture stores. It arrived in flat pack form and took about an hour to put together, which was fine. The finish is decent for the money, though the screws were a bit fiddly to tighten. Delivery was on time and the driver was polite.
