Compared it with the big high street chain I usually use for the same basic bedding set and it came in a fair bit cheaper once delivery was added on, which surprised me. The checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account, which I liked. The sheets themselves are a decent weight for the money and I haven't had any bobbling after a few washes. Nothing flashy, just good value for something…
Read moreI know my market, and this supplier is pricier than the specialist sites for the same cartridges, which I didn't expect. Delivery was slow, nearly two weeks, and the tracking hadn't moved for days. When I contacted them the reply came after four days and it was only a standard message. Quality of the item itself was fine.
Read moreI needed a birthday present for my sister and the site had a decent range with gift wrapping as an option. First time buying from them, so I was a bit nervous about the timing. It arrived two days before the date, but the wrapping was a bit flimsy and the price was on the higher side for the set. Would still shop there again for last minute bits.
Read moreNeeded batteries for my remote and a phone charger cable before the weekend so I went on here. Ordered it at lunch and it was sorted by the next morning, which was quicker than I thought. Easy site, no faff, will use again.
This is exactly the sort of thing I want from an online supplier, with the spec listed clearly and stock shown properly. The part I was after fits my old machine and the price was competitive with the specialist shops. Took a couple of days to arrive, which is about right for this sort of item.
Compared it with the other site I'd found for a pair of wool slippers and this one was cheaper with a clearer size guide. First order, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The slippers arrived in a couple of days and they're lovely and warm. Glad I went with them over the other place.

Bought the cable lock after looking at three others, and this was the one with the thickest cable for the money. Ordering was simple and it turned up the next day in a padded envelope. Fits my bag easily and the combination is easy to remember. Would get another one from them.
I've been buying the decaf ground coffee from them for about four years now, and it arrives the same every time. Reorders take about a minute on the site and the emails reminding me it's due are useful. Only ever had one bag go missing and they sent a replacement straight away.
Forgot my mate's birthday until the day before so I needed something fast. Found a decent gift on here and they did the wrapping too, which saved me a job. Arrived on time and looked nice, so yeah, cheers.
The free returns label is printed right on the packing slip so I didn't have to hunt for it. Ordered a jumper, it fitted, done. Tracking updates were good too. Just quick on my phone, but yeah, would order again.
Had a look at three other places for a replacement drill battery and the stock details on this one were the clearest. Checked the spec against my old battery and it matched exactly. Arrived well packed in two days, and the price was a bit below the others.
