What struck me most was the little handwritten note tucked in with my order, which I did not expect at all. The jumper itself is lovely and soft, and I have already worn it several times. The customer service team were also very helpful when I rang with a question about washing. I shan't hesitate to order again.

I placed the order on a Monday and it didn't turn up until the following Monday, with no update in between apart from a text saying it had been dispatched. Read moreI needed a warm jumper for the caravan trips with my husband and the cardigans I had were falling apart. I've been ordering from wonderhoodie for about six years now, mostly knitwear for me and the grandkids. The quality has stayed consistent, the sizing is usually spot on, and they've never once sent me the wrong colour. Delivery is quick and the packaging is always tidy. I keep coming back.

The first thing I noticed was that this was more expensive than the other sites I'd looked at for a similar hoodie. I did compare a few options first and the difference was noticeable. The hoodie itself is nice though and the fit is good. Delivery was normal and I had no problems with the order. It's a fair buy but I'd want a sale before getting another.

Wonderhoodie is an online retailer that sells hoodies and sweatshirts for men and women, along with related casualwear. The brand builds its range around heavyweight fleece and relaxed everyday fits, with designs aimed at people who want comfortable clothing for both lounging and going out. The company sells through its website, where customers can browse the collections and order directly.
Its customers are mostly shoppers looking for simple, wearable pieces rather than trend-led fashion, and the range is presented with an emphasis on fabric and fit. Wonderhoodie shows its products through its own online store and social media channels, which is where most of its direct contact with buyers takes place.
