Good value, plain and simple, and I've had no trouble with the order or the delivery. The bedding is a decent weight for the price and the zip on the cover is sturdy. Checkout let me pay in instalments which helped me budget. I'd say it's worth it.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was that the sizing chart on the site didn't quite match the actual measurements I received, so I had to double check everything before I placed the order. I'd have appreciated a clearer note about that. The cardigan arrived in good time, though, and the customer service team were polite when I wrote to them, which I thought was rather decent of them.
Read moreI needed a heat resistant guard for the hob in my new flat because the landlord's one was filthy and cracked. Looked at a few specialist shops and a couple of big names before settling on this one, mainly because the measurements were listed clearly on each product page. It was the right fit, arrived in a sturdy box and was well protected. I'd say it's a sensible buy if you have the same problem.
Read moreI was deciding between this site and two others for a set of storage boxes, and this one had the best range of sizes. The price was a touch above one of the others but the boxes are sturdy and fit my wardrobe exactly. The order was simple to place. Delivery was a day later than the estimate, which was a small niggle, but otherwise good.
My old charger packed up so I needed a new one quickly for work. Found the right one on the site and it arrived the next working day. Price was a bit more than I'd have paid on a marketplace, but I didn't want to risk a dodgy one. Works perfectly and the packaging was neat.
I've been a regular customer for a good while now and the quality of what I get is consistently fine. The order process is easy and deliveries have been punctual. The one thing that annoyed me was returning a jumper that was too big, as the returns form kept timing out and I had to ring up in the end. The refund did come through eventually. I'd still buy from them again.
