Honestly really happy with this, the whole thing was done in about a day. Applied on the site on a Monday, had a yes by the Tuesday afternoon and the money was in my account before the end of the week. Repayments come out on the right date each month and the app shows you exactly what's left. Would do it again no bother.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how neat the booking page looked, but after that things went quiet. I sent a message about changing my appointment and it took three days to get a reply, which was annoying when I needed it sorted. The change went through in the end though. Price was a bit higher than I'd hoped.
Read moreThis was my first time ordering from them, and compared to the big marketplace I usually go to, the checkout was much quicker and I didn't have to create an account to get going. I was a bit wary of a site I'd never heard of, but the order confirmation came straight away and the parcel turned up the next working day. Nothing about it felt fiddly. Would order again.
Read moreBought a set of replacement filters for my boiler and the price was about a tenner cheaper than the high street. Delivery was next day, though I did wait until the evening for the courier. Fitting them was simple enough with the guide they included. Good value, just be ready to sit in for the delivery window.
Compared to the other site I usually use for this, it was a lot quicker to get sorted, and I was a bit nervous as this was my first time ordering from them. Checkout was simple and the confirmation came through straight away. Only niggle is the delivery window was a bit wide, but it arrived when they said it would.
I've been using them for a couple of years now and mostly it's fine. The one annoyance this time was the returns form, which kept timing out before I could print the label. I got it sorted by ringing them, which was quick. Otherwise the orders are reliable.
Last time I used a competitor for this kind of thing it took almost a fortnight to get anywhere, so this is a big improvement. My booking was confirmed within the hour this time round. The only thing that was slightly off is that the price went up a little between checking and paying, but it's still fair.
