I looked at the big chain and two other sites before picking this one for a bedside table. This one was cheaper for the same oak finish and the drawer runs smoothly, which the cheap one from the other site didn't. Put it together in about twenty minutes with the instructions they include. Nice little table for the price.
Read moreHonestly it's a fair place to buy furniture and the sofa is comfortable enough once it's in the room. I've bought from them twice now and I know what to expect from the fabric, which is hard-wearing but shows dust on the darker grey. The order itself was simple enough, the site lets you filter by fabric properly. The delivery window was a bit vague though and the driver turned up at the end of it.
Read moreI was rather anxious about ordering a wardrobe without seeing it first, but the measurements on the page were clear and I checked them twice. What stood out most was that the box was labelled by room, which made unpacking far less of a chore. The fitting instructions were thorough and I did not need to ring anyone. The whole process was courteous from start to finish and I am very pleased with it.
Read moreI needed a cheap desk for my new room when I started the job. I'd never ordered from them before and wasn't sure about the quality. Ordered the white desk and it arrived in two boxes, one of them slightly dented on the corner. The desk itself is fine and assembly was easy with the little allen key they include.
I'd been comparing this against another site for a set of bedside lamps. The price on this one was a bit higher, but the other site's delivery charge made the total close, so I went with this one. The lamps arrived a day later than the estimate, which was a small niggle. They look nice on the bedside tables and the switches work fine.
I finally got round to fixing the dark hallway, so I needed a big mirror that wouldn't look cheap. Ordered a round one with a gold frame and it arrived in one piece. The frame's a touch shinier than the photos made it look, not a dealbreaker. Delivery took a few days longer than the estimate but they kept me posted by email.
