Compared with the high street, this was way cheaper for the same kind of thing, which is why I gave it a go. It was my first order and I was surprised how easy the checkout was. Delivery came the next working day and everything was in one piece.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how carefully everything was packed, with each item wrapped separately, which I did appreciate. My delivery did arrive a day later than the date they gave me, and the customer line took a while to answer when I rang about it. Not a disaster, but a little slow.
Read moreThe refill packs still turn up on the same day each month, which is more than I can say for half the companies I've used. I've been with them going on six years now and I've never once had a problem with a missing item. The customer team picked up my call straight away when I had a question about my account, and they sorted it in one go.
Read moreI bought the painting kit for my granddaughter's birthday and it arrived in good time, well presented and with clear instructions. The paints were a touch smaller than I had hoped but she has been using it every day since. I would happily order from them again for the family.
Ordered on the app and it said it would take three days. Came on the fourth which is fine honestly. Stuff inside was what I wanted though the bag was a bit squashed.
I ordered the sample pack to see what the fuss was about, and I know this area well enough to say the quality is decent for the money. The items were a bit smaller than the photos made them look, which is why I knocked a point off. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was tidy enough.
Lovely little craft box for my son's class project, the paper and card were really nice quality. Had to swap one of the pieces though, the template they sent was for a different size so I rang and they sorted a replacement within a day. Would still order again.
I needed a bit of a gift for my housemate after she moved out, so I went for one of their boxes. Ordering was dead easy and it turned up quicker than I thought. The only thing is the postage cost more than I expected, so 4.
I have been with them for years now and the thing I buy most is the monthly refill pack. The delivery has been reliable apart from one late box last spring, which they sorted quickly. Prices have crept up a little, so 4 seems about right to me.
