The price on the kitchen storage tubs was lower than anywhere else I checked, which is the main reason I went with them. Checkout was quick and I'd saved my details from last time so it took about a minute. The tubs turned up in two days, all good, and I've already put another set in my basket for the spare room.
Read moreI needed a new handbag for a wedding and found this place through a friend. The bag is nice but it took nearly two weeks to arrive, which was longer than I was expecting. The site didn't make it very clear that the item was on backorder when I paid. I did get an email update in the end. Not sure I'd rush back.
Read moreThey are still my first stop for household bits and I have been using the site for about four years now. The checkout has a saved card option which saves a bit of faff. Once or twice the ordering confirmation email went into my spam folder so I had to check the order page, but nothing was missed. Prices are usually a little better than the high street and the items have always matched the listing.
Read moreI checked a couple of rival sites before buying a wireless keyboard and mouse set, and this one came out a bit cheaper than the rest. It doesn't have the fancy extras of the more expensive makes, but the typing is comfortable and the connection has been reliable. Ordering was quick and it arrived the next working day. A minor gripe is the packaging was a bit over the top for such a small item.

I would say the site is pleasant to use and the prices on the garden hose set were very fair. However, when I had a question about the fittings the reply took three days to arrive, which was rather longer than I'd expected. The hose itself has been perfectly satisfactory. I suppose I'd have liked a quicker answer, but I don't hold it against them too much.
Got some sunglasses for my holiday, they're decent. Took a few extra days to arrive, the site said 3-5 days and it was closer to 6. Not a massive deal since I wasn't leaving till the end of the month. Price was good though, cheaper than the high street. Would order again.
Usually I buy the same brand of brake pads from a motor factor, but this site had them about a quarter cheaper for the same spec. The pads fitted fine and the ones I got were the correct compound, so no complaints there. The only niggle was the description didn't list the fitting size clearly, so I had to check the fitment guide myself. Still a decent saving.
I'd been buying the same vitamins from the big supermarket for ages, but this site had them about a pound cheaper per bottle. The only thing is the delivery charge kicks in below a certain spend, so I had to add something else to my basket. Still, once you're over that it's worth it. Packaging was fine, bottles were sealed.
