Watchenclave

Got a watch strap from here instead of the big brand site and it's way cheaper and looks just as good. Ordering was dead easy on my phone and it turned up in a couple of days. Think I'll be back for another one.

Bought a pocket watch chain for my husband's birthday, it's the same style his father used to carry. It came boxed and the links are sturdy. I've been a regular here for years and the service has always been dependable. Happy with it.

Honestly this is one of the better places for watch parts and accessories I've found in the UK. I've bought three things now and the descriptions match what turns up. The crystal I got fitted perfectly and the staff answered my questions on the chat before I'd even finished typing them. Returns for an unworn item were easy too. Good to deal with.

I'd checked a couple of other shops before buying and this was clearly the best for choice of straps. The sizing info was really clear and the one I got fits my small wrist perfectly. Everything arrived well packed and on time. Really pleased I went with them for my first order.

Bought a tan leather strap for my new watch and it's really nice quality for the price. It came in a neat little box and the stitching looks proper. Put it on straight away and it's comfy. First order done and I'll be back.

I ordered a replacement link for my bracelet and was pleased to find it at a sensible price for the part. The order was processed promptly and the item was correctly described. I'd not hesitate to use them again for any further repairs or spares.

I wanted a new link for my husband's bracelet and didn't want to pay the earth for it. The price was sensible for the part, and the page showed clearly which fit his model so I didn't have to guess. It arrived well packed and quicker than I expected, and the link clicked straight in. Good value, and I'd use them again.

Needed a new strap for my watch because the old one snapped on the bar. Found one on the site in about two minutes and it was cheaper than what I'd have paid in town. Came quick too, fits fine.

I did look at a couple of other retailers before deciding, and this one was far easier to navigate than the rest. The search by movement type meant I didn't have to wade through pages of unrelated items. My order was dispatched promptly and everything arrived in good order. I was very pleased with the service and would happily order again.

Best place I've found for straps, full stop. Got a nato for under a tenner less than the big marketplaces and it arrived in two days. Quality is decent for the money and the colours are spot on. Only thing is the checkout asked me to make an account first which was a bit annoying but whatever, I'd use them again no bother at all and I've already told my mate about it.

Bought a single watch winder for my automatic. It runs quietly and holds the watch in the right position, which is exactly what I wanted. Set up took five minutes with the instructions in the box. Nothing more to add, it does the job.

Really happy with this, got my order in quickly on my phone and it was easy to pay. The strap came in a small padded envelope and was fine. Would buy again.

Picked up a replacement bezel insert for my diver and it went on without any trouble. The colour matches the original and the fit is spot on. I've watched a few videos on fitting these and this one was easier than most. Good result for the money.

I've been buying from them for about six years now and this was compared against the high street shop I used to go to, which charged a fair bit more for the same sort of thing. The prices here are sensible and the ordering page is simple enough even for me. Delivery has always been prompt and well packed. I've never had a problem worth mentioning and I wouldn't go elsewhere now.

The price was the first thing I noticed, the same nato strap was a few quid less than on the big marketplaces. Ordering was simple and I got a confirmation email straight away. Delivery was a bit slow but it arrived. Quality is fine for the money.
