Ordered a midi dress on a Tuesday evening and it was on my doorstep Wednesday morning, which I didn't think was possible for a standard delivery. The dress fits exactly how the size guide said it would, and the fabric feels nicer in real life than in the photos. Checkout was quick too, I had my card saved so it took about two minutes. Will definitely order again for the summer.

Sending them back was a faff, I had to print a label and wait for a refund which took about ten days to show. Got there in the end but it was annoying.

Dispatch took a few days longer than the site said, and I got a reply to my query after three days, which was a bit slow. Once it arrived it was all good.

Needed a waterproof jacket for a festival and this was the cheapest decent one I found. Arrived fine but the hood is a bit small so it doesn't fit over a cap. It does keep the rain off though, which is what I needed. Fair enough for the money.
