I've been a customer for about six years now and they've always been reliable. Last month I ordered a set of drawer handles for the spare room and the order came in two parts, which was a bit of a nuisance, as I had to wait a few extra days for the second half. The customer service lady did sort it out for me on the phone though, and the rest of the order was exactly as described.
I know my way round electrical fittings so I read the spec sheet properly before ordering the dimmer switch. The details were accurate and it fitted my existing plate without any adapting. The only niggle was the delivery took three working days when the page suggested two, but the product itself is solid.
Bought a little wall planter from them for my flatmate's birthday and it was cute. Took about a week to turn up which was fine, but the colour looked a bit darker on the site than in real life. Still happy with it though, she loved it and it's already got a plant in it. Would probably get something else from here.
