Verdict first: I have been buying from them for about six years and they've never let me down. My husband takes the joint tablets and I take the iron, and the reorders arrive before we run out. Customer service answered a question about a dose last year within a day. Lovely to deal with.
Read moreThe creatine monohydrate tub was the first thing I looked at, and the scoop size is more useful than I expected because it's marked for exact measures. Mixing it in a shaker works fine, though it does clump a bit if the water is cold. It arrived four working days after I ordered which was longer than the site suggested, but nothing got lost. Flavour is basically none, which suits me. Would order…
Read moreHaving compared this with the version my pharmacist usually recommends, I found the formulation rather more agreeable and the dosing clearly explained on the leaflet. I placed my first order by telephone as I prefer to speak to someone, and the young lady who took it was patient and helpful, which I did appreciate. The parcel arrived promptly and everything was in order. I would say the product…
Read moreCompared with the Boots version this feels a lot more substantial, the tablets are noticeably bigger and I can actually taste the orange. First time ordering so I was nervous but it was all straightforward. Took a few days to arrive which was fine. Price is a little more but I think it's worth it.
This was my first time ordering, and compared with the high street I was expecting to pay more for postage, but there wasn't a delivery charge over the minimum spend. The site was clear about what I was buying. The price itself is a little higher than I'd like for a daily supplement, and I'd have liked a loyalty discount for first-time buyers.
Been using their magnesium for a while now and it does what I need it to for sleep. Last month a refill took an extra day to come through, the site said it had dispatched but the tracking didn't update for ages. Customer support sorted it quickly when I emailed. Product itself is consistent and I've not had any issues with the quality.
Loved the flavour of the greens powder, tastes like actual fruit. Delivery took a few days longer than the site said though, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise quick and easy.
Yeah it's fine, the vitamin C is nice and the tablets are a good size. Checkout was a bit fiddly on my phone because the postcode box kept resetting but it worked in the end. Would probably order again.
