Would buy from them again. Ordered a set of bath towels on my phone during a lunch break and the whole thing took about two minutes. The towels are thick, arrived the next day and I haven't had any issues since.

I know kitchen gadgets pretty well after years of cooking for a family and the stand mixer I ordered arrived with a bent bowl clamp and the attachment fitting was loose straight out of the box. Customer services took four days to reply to my message and then just offered a voucher. Pricier than the same model on other sites too, which is the bit that annoyed me most.

The baskets themselves arrived in one piece and are what I expected from the photos. Just wish the ordering part had been smoother.

needed a cheap lamp for uni, cant afford much rn. the lamp is ok, bulb is a bit dim but it does the job. ordering was easy and it came in a couple of days.
