Went for the upholstered bed frame in a dark grey velvet with the tall headboard, which is what I'd been after for ages. The slats are solid and the base takes the mattress without any sagging so far. The frame itself came in three parts and the bolts were all labelled, which made building it on my own much easier than I thought it would be. Good value for the size.

Customer services took the photos and offered a replacement cover, which was fine. The return process would have been awkward if I'd wanted the whole thing back. Price is fair and the sofa is comfortable enough.

I've ordered from them for about six years now, mostly small bits for the house. This one arrived well packed, the finish is lovely and the drawers close properly. Had a question about the measurements and they answered within a day, which I appreciated.
