Honestly really easy to use, the app just works and I was done in like five minutes. Got a pair of cheap earphones and they turned up the next day, no fuss. Would order again, been using them for a few weeks now and no complaints so far. Quick and simple.

The return process for a faulty bulb was a little slow, as I had to wait for an email before I could post it back. Otherwise it is a pleasant lamp and the price was reasonable.

Looked at a few options and this one seemed the best value, which is why I went with it. The item was not quite as pictured, the colour was a bit darker in person. The price was fair and the delivery was on time, but I've not decided if I'll order from them again.
