Honestly this is a good shop and I'd happily use it again. I ordered a device and some liquids on a Tuesday night and they turned up Thursday morning, which was quicker than I expected. Checkout was smooth and the prices were fair for what you get, nothing to complain about at all.

Tracking page said out for delivery for like a whole day which was annoying. Stuff was fine when it came, just a bit slow for what I paid.

The only issue is the parcel arrived with one of the coils loose inside the box, so I had to message them. They replied the same day and sent a replacement, but it did take a bit of back and forth to sort the refund on the other item.
Read moreI needed a new setup after my old device packed in, so I compared a few sites before I picked this one. The price was competitive but the product descriptions didn't really explain which device suited a beginner. I emailed and got a reply after three days, which was slow. The kit did arrive in good order and works fine now.

Compared with the local vape shop I'd normally use, the prices on this site are a little higher on the same brand of liquid. I did appreciate the quick dispatch and the order arrived the next working day. The website was clear enough to use, though I'd have liked a discount code for a first order.
