My old mattress had gone completely saggy and I was waking up stiff every morning, so I needed something firm but not rock hard. I looked at about four different brands before picking this one. The trial period made the decision easy because I could sleep on it properly before committing, and the first week already felt better than the last two years on the old one.

Rolled it out on the bedroom floor and it took a good few hours to fully puff up. Sleeping on it now and it's fine, bit firmer than I'd like but I'm sure I'll get used to it. Would be a 5 if the delivery had been on the day they said.

Compared with the same kind of mattress in a shop on the high street, this was noticeably less money. The delivery took a few days longer than they quoted, so I was a bit annoyed. The bed itself is fine for the price.
