What I noticed first was how straightforward the sign up was, I'm not always comfortable with these websites but I managed it without ringing anyone. The confirmation came through promptly and the whole arrangement has been carried out exactly as they described. I'm pleased I went with them and shall certainly use them again.

They came out on top of the three sites I compared, and it wasn't close. Price was the lowest and the delivery time was shown clearly before I paid. Mine turned up the next morning. No complaints at all, and I'd order from them again.

Compared with the same kit I bought in a shop last year this was a fair bit cheaper and the spec is basically identical. Ordering took about two minutes, the checkout didn't ask me for anything daft, and the item turned up well packed. Knows what it's doing, the lot.

Ordered a spare charging cable for my laptop and it's the same spec as the original one I've had for years. Got it the next day. The price was a few quid under the manufacturer's site, which is a nice bonus. Works perfectly.

I needed a gift for a colleague's leaving do and wanted something nice without spending too much. Compared three sites and this one had the best range. Ordering was simple, and it arrived before the weekend. Looks lovely and was well priced.

Bought a matching storage set for the spare room. I looked at four different places before settling on them, mainly because the colour matched my photos. It looked just like the pictures, and the price was the best of the lot. Turned up in two days and the boxes were all in one piece.

Compared with the place I usually use this was cheaper for the same brand and the ordering was simpler. Known them a long time and they've always been dependable. Arrived in good nick. Carry on as you are.

Ordered a pack of replacement filters for the hoover, twelve for the price of what the shop charges for eight. They fitted first time and the sizing was spot on. Delivery was next day and the box was tidy. For the money it's hard to beat, and I'll keep topping up through them from now on.

Needed a new case after I cracked the old one on the pavement. Found a decent one on the site and it cost less than I thought it would. Ordering on the app was dead easy and it came the next day. Fits my phone perfectly and looks sound.

The booking page was dead clear, I could see exactly what I was paying before I put my card in. First time using them and I wasn't sure what to expect but everything matched what it said on the screen. Happy with it.

I wanted something practical for my husband's retirement and I wasn't sure what he'd use. Their range was sensible and the descriptions helped me choose. Ordering was straightforward and it arrived well wrapped, which I appreciated. He's been using it every day since, so I'd say I chose well.

Sorted, quick and cheap. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it was on my doorstep the next day. Got exactly what I wanted and the price was spot on. Will be back.

Compared to the app I used before this was way cheaper for the same thing and I didn't have to faff about with the sign up. Took about five minutes start to finish, got the confirmation straight away and it just worked. Would use again no problem.

Compared with the big chains they're just as easy to use and the prices are usually better. I've been a customer for years and the ordering process hasn't changed much, which I like. Arrived on time as always. Nothing to moan about.

What struck me most was how clear the printed instructions were, which I did not expect from an online order. I'm not very quick with gadgets, so I was grateful. Everything arrived when they said it would, and I'd be happy to order from them again.
