I'd say they're still the first place I look for garden tools, and I've been a customer for about ten years now. The quality has been reliable and the prices are fair for what you get. Returns have always been straightforward when something wasn't right, and they've never made me jump through hoops. The whole thing runs smoothly, which is what I want from a supplier at my age. Read moreI bought a set of kitchen scales from them as a first order and they did the job. The problem was delivery, which took just over a week when the site said three to four days. Customer support was fine when I emailed, just a bit slow to reply, a couple of days. The price was a touch higher than I expected too. I looked at a few places before picking this bedside lamp, mainly because of the reviews and the price. The lamp arrived in one piece and looks just like the photos. The only thing that let it down was the instructions, which were pretty vague about the bulb fitting. Had to look it up online to sort it out. Otherwise it's a good buy.
