What I like most is that the order tracking actually matches when things turn up, which is more than I can say for some places. I've been buying work shirts from them for years and the quality has stayed consistent. Checkout remembers my card and address so it takes seconds. Nothing much to complain about.
Read moreI'm afraid this order was a disappointment. The cardigan I chose looked nothing like the photos, the colour was duller and the knit was much thinner than shown. It took nearly two weeks to get a reply to my email about returning it, and the return form was fiddly to fill in online.
Read moreCompared with the other fashion sites I use, the sizing here is less clear and I had to guess a bit on a pair of jeans. The jeans themselves are fine but the waist sits higher than I expected and the fabric feels thinner than the pictures suggested. Delivery took three days which was fair enough. I'd probably order again if they were on sale but I'd check the measurements carefully first.

Got the oversized hoodie in the grey and it's really comfy, fits how it's meant to. Arrived in a bag that was a bit flimsy but the hoodie was fine. Would get it again.
Bought a set of bed sheets and they're a bargain for what you get. The cotton is nice and crisp and they've held up well through a few washes. Delivery was quick and nothing was damaged. Price is hard to beat for the quality.
Compared with the big brands I normally buy from, the cut here is more flattering for my shape and the fabric holds up better after washing. I've been sewing and altering clothes for a while so I notice these things. The price was lower too for a similar weight of fabric. I'll be ordering more from them this season.
Got the running trainers in the sale and they were a good price for what they are. Fit is true to size and they've been comfortable on my regular runs. The soles are already a bit worn after two months, but for the money I can't complain. Would buy from them again when something's on offer.
Honestly the best bit was the size filter, I could find my exact size in about two clicks. Ordered on the app while waiting for the bus, paid with my card saved, done. Parcel came the next afternoon, jacket looked just like the pictures. Nothing to moan about really, will be back for sure.
Ordered the wireless headphones on Friday night and they landed Monday, which was quicker than I thought. Sound is really good for the money and the battery lasts ages. Set up was just pairing with my phone, took about a minute. Sorted.
I compared a few online shops before ordering and this was the one I kept coming back to. The site made sizing easy and the order arrived in good time. Prices are competitive without being the cheapest. Very happy with my purchase and the way it was handled.
Best online shopping experience I've had in ages, ordered on my lunch break and it arrived the next day. Site is easy to use on my phone too, found what I wanted in a couple of taps. Will be back.
