Looked at about four different places before settling on tubshroom and the thing that stood out was the flat pack instructions had little drawings for every single step which saved me from swearing too much. Took maybe an hour and a half with my partner holding the side panels. Price was a good bit lower than the high street shops I'd checked and the frame feels solid enough even after a few…
Read moreI purchased the armchair in the spring and was pleased with the colour when it arrived. Unfortunately one of the arms had a scuff on it that was not visible in the photos. I did contact the customer team and they were polite, but it took several days to get a reply and I have not yet been able to sort out a replacement.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how clearly the order confirmation set out what I'd bought and when it would arrive, which I appreciated. The cushions themselves are lovely and the fabric is exactly as described. The only small niggle is that the dispatch took a day longer than I'd been told, but they did let me know by email, so I'm not complaining. I'd happily order from them again.

Ordered the bag at lunch from my phone and it was done in like two minutes, card details saved so no typing. Arrived the next morning in a proper box, bag looks just like the photos. Good stuff, I'd get something else from them.
Bought a set of bedding for the spare room, a basic cotton one at a sensible price. Arrived well packed and the sheets have washed well so far. Good value for the money.

I needed a backup charger for the holiday and wanted something reliable without paying for a brand name. This one charges fast and the cable is decent. Good value, I'd buy it again.
We needed a replacement for the garden bench after the old one rotted through over winter. Ordered it on the site, it turned up in good nick and has been sitting in the garden since. Very pleased, would order again.
Booked through the app and it was way easier than the other place I usually use, didn't have to make an account or faff about with passwords. The kettle turned up in good nick and the chat team got back to me within a few minutes when I had a question about the delivery window. Pretty happy with it honestly.
Compared checkout with the other shop I usually use and this one was quicker, saved my details and the app remembered my address. Gift wrapping option was handy. Delivery was on time.
Needed a basic tool set for the car and wanted something that would not break the bank. Got one here for less than the big DIY chain. Good enough for what I need.
Ordered the lamp straight from the app on the bus. Easy to find, the photos matched and it turned up in two days. Lamp works, looks nice on the desk.
Clear listings, sensible prices and it arrives when it says it will. The filters on the site actually work which is more than I can say for some places. Nothing to complain about.
