Compared with my old supplier, this is far better for trade orders. The bulk pricing is clear, the stock shows properly, and the account set up took minutes rather than days. The first batch came the next working day and matched the specification. I have moved most of my regular buying over here now.
Read moreThe emails were the best bit, honestly, they kept me posted every step. But the order took about a week to show up, which was a bit rubbish when I needed it for the weekend. The item itself is decent though, and the price was fine.
Read moreI needed a replacement cushion for the armchair my late husband always sat in, and I was rather anxious about ordering something so particular online. The site was clear about the measurements and the order went through without any bother. It did take a little longer to arrive than I had been told, which was a shame, but the cushion itself is very comfortable and fits the chair nicely.
Read moreThe price on the cordless drill set was the first thing I noticed, it was a fair bit more than the same kit at the big DIY stores when I checked. The site itself was easy to use and the delivery came in two days, so only the cost put me off a bit.
Honestly it's been a good place to shop and the prices are fair for what you get. Returning one item was more of a faff than I expected, as I had to print a label and find a drop off point. Otherwise my orders have all turned up correctly and on time, and I've been a customer for years.

I needed a present for my sister's birthday and realised on the Thursday that it was the Saturday. Ordering was easy on my phone and I picked the next day option. It came on time, though the gift wrap was a bit flimsy. Everything else was fine and she liked it.
I needed a replacement blade for my mower after the old one gave up mid cut. I was a little apprehensive about getting the right part online, but the fitting guide was helpful. The order took a few extra days to arrive, which I'm sure was down to a busy spell, though the blade fits well.
