Our old lamp died and we needed something for the home office fast, without spending much. This one was reasonably priced for a proper metal base and a decent bulb. It arrived in the box with no fuss and it works well, the switch is easy to find in the dark. Good value and I'd order from them again.
Read moreNeeded a dress for a wedding in a hurry and this was the only one that looked close to what I wanted. It arrived late, after the date I was given, and the sizing is smaller than the chart suggests. I had to get it altered and the returns process was a fiddle.
Read moreOrdered the oatmeal linen throw for the sofa and it arrived in about four days, which was quicker than I expected. The fabric feels nicer than the photos suggested and it's heavier than I thought, so it actually sits properly over the arm. Only niggle is the checkout asked me to create an account and I'd have preferred guest checkout, but the order itself was easy enough.
Read moreCompared with my old set of kitchen knives these are a clear step up in balance and edge. I've used them most days for a few months and they hold their sharpness well. Well worth the money if you cook a lot.
The sizing chart on the site is actually useful, which I didn't expect from an online homeware shop. I work in interiors so I'm fussy about measurements, and the dimensions were listed exactly, so I ordered the right size first time.

Used to buy our kitchen towels from a big supermarket but these were cheaper per towel once you count the pack size. They're thicker than I expected and dry up spills well. Delivery arrived on the day and the box was sturdy.
The tote bag I got is way bigger than it looks on the site, which is a good thing for me because I carry my laptop and gym stuff in it. Stitching looks solid after two weeks and the handles aren't too thin. Delivery was next day, which I didn't expect, and the whole thing felt sorted.
Needed something to carry my laptop to uni and this tote was perfect. Quick to order on my phone, arrived in a couple of days and it's bigger than I thought, which is great. Really happy with it.
I've been ordering from this site for about six years now, mostly garden tools and the odd kitchen gadget. The latest order was a pair of secateurs and they're as sharp and solid as the last lot. Delivery has always been reliable and the packing has never let me down, so I keep coming back.
Bought the grey rucksack for my commute and it's already holding up well. Zips are smooth and the straps don't dig in even with the laptop and a packed lunch in there. Quick to order, I'll be back.
Needed a present for my brother's birthday and it was the weekend before, so I was in a bit of a panic. Picked a board game from the site and it came the next morning, which saved me. He liked it and so did I, since we played it after the meal.
I looked at a few sites before choosing this one for the rucksack, mainly because the others had fewer photos from real customers. The main compartment is roomy and the straps are padded properly. Shipping was fine and the box had no dents. Glad I went with it after checking the reviews.
Ordered a set of wooden coat hooks for the hallway and they're really lovely. The finish is smooth and they're screwed in tight with no wobble. Arrived in good time and well wrapped, so no damage at all.
Brilliant site, found what I needed and checked out in about two minutes on my phone while waiting for the kettle. Order arrived the next morning too, really pleased with it.
