We needed a rug for the conservatory as the old one had faded badly in the sunshine. I was careful about measuring up and the site made it easy to pick the right size. The rug came well packed and in very good condition. The fabric is pleasant and it has brightened the room considerably. I shall certainly consider ordering from them again.
Read moreI needed a rug for the front room and wanted to ask about the size before ordering. I sent a message through the site and didn't hear back for almost four days. The rug itself came in good condition, but the delay left me unsure about the order. Price was fine but the wait was not something I would want again.
Read moreI'd been buying my rugs from a shop in town for years, but they had closed their rug department so I looked online. This is considerably cheaper than the shop was and the quality is every bit as good. Ordering through the site was straightforward and I had no trouble with the payment. It's been down in the hall a few months now and looks just as it did the day it came.
Read moreCompared with the chain store rugs I've had before, this one is a bit thinner underfoot but it's a fair bit cheaper. The ordering was easy enough and it came when they said. Not sure yet how it'll hold up but for a first try it's fine.
The wool is properly dense and the backing is thick, which is what I look for after years of buying rugs for the house. Sized it up with the measurements on the site and it matched what turned up, though the edges took a few days to flatten out from being rolled. Ordering was simple and they kept me updated on the dispatch.
Honestly this is a lovely rug and I'm glad I went for it, it's soft and the colours are rich. Being a first time customer I was a bit nervous about ordering something this size online. The rug itself arrived in good order and well wrapped. Delivery took longer than the estimate, and I had to message twice before I got a proper update. Price is fair for the quality.
Bought the flatweave runner for our kitchen and it's already had a year of wear. Cleans up well with a damp cloth and a bit of washing up liquid, no shedding. The only small thing is the corners curl slightly until you give it a few days flat. Otherwise good value and I'd happily buy from them again.
Compared to the chain rugs I've bought before, this one feels a little thinner, though it's a fair bit cheaper. I've had it down in the study for a few months and it's still lying flat with no curling. Ordering was quick and the parcel arrived in good order. Probably the same as the rugs I've bought before, just at a better price.
