I purchased a video baby monitor for my daughter, who is expecting her second. I did wonder whether it would be too complicated for an old dog like me to set up, but the instructions were clear and I managed it without bothering anyone. The picture is sharp and the sound carries well through the house. I'd happily order from them again.

Read moreThe cot itself is lovely and well made, but one of the fixing bolts was missing from the bag. I rang the customer line and they got back to me the next working day, which was fine, but it meant the cot stayed in its box for a week. Once the bolt arrived it went together nicely.
