Really easy to order from, got my bits in about three days which was quicker than I expected. Stuff was exactly as shown on the site, only thing is the delivery slot picker was a bit fiddly on my phone but got there in the end.
I was rather pleased that the cushions I ordered for the conservatory were in stock and arrived within the week, which is more than I can say for the last place I tried. The zip on one of them is a touch stiff and I had to wiggle it a bit to get it closed, but the fabric is nice and they look well against the wicker chairs. I'd order from them again, I think.
