I ordered a set of abstract prints for the study, and the first thing I noticed was how even the colour was across the whole sheet. The paper has a slight texture that I found pleasing to touch. Dispatch was prompt and the carton had good protection inside, which I appreciated since my last order elsewhere had a corner crushed. I have no complaints at all.
Read moreI needed some prints for a family do and it was my first time ordering from here. The colours came out a bit darker than the preview on screen, which was disappointing. The delivery took longer than the estimate, about five working days more, and the reply to my query took a couple of days. Not terrible, but I'd check the proof before buying more.
Read moreI needed a replacement tag for our spaniel's collar, as the old one had worn right off over the years. I uploaded the wording and the preview showed me exactly how the engraving would sit on the tag, which I appreciated. The tag itself is well made and the lettering is clear and easy to read. It arrived in good time and the whole process was very straightforward, and I'd happily order from them…
Read moreThe prints are very good and the colours are rich, though I did find the price a little higher than I had hoped for the size. I ordered the larger pair of photo prints for my daughter's flat and they came well packed. The website was clear to use and I had a few questions which were answered politely by email. A small thing, but the postage cost added a bit more than I'd like.
I've been ordering from here for years now, mostly for prints for the office and the odd gift. Quality has stayed consistent, though the postage went up a bit recently which is a small irritation. Everything else runs as I'd expect.
Good prints, they're sharp and the paper is nice. First order with them so I wasn't sure what to expect. The only thing is it took a couple of extra days to dispatch after I paid, which was a bit longer than the site suggested. Once it left, delivery was fine and everything arrived in one piece.
