I would say this is the best place I have found for tennis equipment online. I ordered a pair of trainers for my husband's birthday and they arrived in good time, with the correct size. The returns process was straightforward when a colour wasn't quite right, though I'd rather not have had to bother. He was very pleased with the gift.
Read moreCompared the price on this against another online shop before buying a bag and this one was about a fiddle more expensive for the same bag. Delivery was quick enough. The bag itself was okay but the zip felt cheap, which I didn't expect at this price. Probably won't buy from here again.
Read moreI'd say this is a dependable place to shop for tennis kit, though the delivery was a little slower than I'd hoped. I ordered a dress and some socks for the club's summer tournament and everything arrived in good order. The sizing guide was helpful and I didn't need to return anything. The charge for shipping on a small order seemed rather high to me, but I don't mind paying for convenience.
Read moreBought a tube of Dunlop balls on the site last week for the Tuesday league and they arrived in two days which was quicker than I expected. Packaging was fine, tube was a bit squashed on one side but the balls were all okay. Checkout was quick on my phone. Only niggle is the delivery charge is more than I'd like for a small order but I'd still use them again.
Honest verdict: a good place to get overgrips and a bit of kit without fuss. Ordered a pack on a Monday and it turned up midweek. Everything matched and checkout was quick, though the price is a bit above what I've seen on some other sites.
Compared the price with my local tennis shop and this was cheaper for the same racket, which is why I went with it. Delivery was next day, which was great. Only thing is the returns label took a while to find in the box. Would use again.
Grabbed a pack of overgrips from here on my phone while waiting for the kettle. Delivery took longer than the tracking suggested, about a week, which was a bit annoying. Product itself is fine and the colour matched the photo. Checkout was smooth and I'd order again but would like the tracking to be more accurate.
