The detail that impressed me most was how carefully the cushion covers had been stitched, with the seams lying flat and even. I had been rather doubtful, having bought similar items elsewhere that frayed within months, but these have held up beautifully after several washes. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was tidy, which I appreciated.
Read moreThe size guide on the site was the thing I liked most, it had measurements down to the centimetre which saved me a lot of guessing. I'd looked at two other shops first and this was the only one that listed the drop length clearly. The jumper itself came a little bigger than the chart suggested though, so I've had to send it back for the next size down.
Read moreThe zip on the cushion cover is the detail I noticed most, it runs smoothly all the way round and doesn't catch on the fabric. I bought a set of four for the sofa and they've washed well so far without shrinking. The colour is true to the photos, which isn't always the case. Everything arrived in one parcel, well wrapped and with no creases. I'd be happy to order from them again if I need more…
Read moreCompared with the other booking app I'd been using, this one felt so much less clunky and actually let me pick my own time. Booked it on the bus and it confirmed straight away, no faff at all. Would use it again, the whole thing was dead easy.

Brilliant, got a new bedside lamp and a set of blackout curtains and both turned up well packed and in good nick. Signing up for an account took two minutes and the checkout wasn't fussy at all. Looking forward to ordering again.
Compared with the other site I'd tried, the checkout here was much quicker and I didn't have to make an account to buy. First time I've ordered from them so I was a bit nervous but the delivery updates came through on time and the item was exactly what I wanted. Would happily go back and it's cheaper for the same thing too.
I needed a replacement part for our old washing machine and didn't fancy paying the main dealer's prices. Found what I needed on the site, ordered it in the evening and it arrived the next day with the right fitting. Good value for what it was and I've got the machine running again.
What struck me most was how patient the woman on the phone was when I couldn't remember my account details. She talked me through each step without making me feel foolish, and she sent a written summary afterwards which I thought was very thoughtful of her.
Ordered a fleece throw for my mum's birthday on my phone during my lunch break. Checkout was quick, picked the delivery slot I wanted, and it arrived when it said it would. She loves it so job done.

Always been happy with them and I've been a customer for many years now. Every order I've placed has come through right and the staff have always been helpful when I've rung up with a question.
