I find them perfectly sound and dependable, which is more than can be said for some. The application was courteous and the adviser who called me back explained everything without rushing me. The funds were in my account as promised, and I've no complaint about the arrangement.
Read moreI've been a customer for a good while, and I got a loan to help cover some home repairs. Getting the money took longer than I expected, with the approval hanging about for close to a week. Needed a quick loan to cover a car repair that wouldn't wait. I looked at three other lenders first and they all wanted paperwork I didn't have on hand. This one was fine but the rate was a bit on the high side and the approval email took longer than they said.
