I've been a customer for about six years now, and the way they've kept things simple has always stood out to me. My account still has my details saved from when I first signed up, which saves a lot of bother. The service has stayed reliable through all the changes they've made, and I've never once had to wait long for an answer when I've called. I'd keep using them.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how carefully the ceramic pots were wrapped, with no chips at all. I'd never ordered from here before so I was a bit unsure, but the product pages had lots of photos and clear measurements. The order did sit in dispatch for a few extra days though, which was annoying when I wanted them for a weekend. Once they arrived they looked lovely on my windowsill.
Read moreOrdered a mesh wifi router on Monday lunchtime while I was on the train, and it was on my doorstep Wednesday morning. Checkout on the app was quick, saved my card and everything. Setup was pretty simple too, just plug in and follow the prompts on my phone. Nothing to complain about, the box was tidy and the cable was the right length. Happy with it so far, will check again once it's been running…

Verdict is that it's a decent place to shop. The site was easy to use and the order went through without any trouble. It did take a while to arrive though, about a week longer than the estimate.
I bought a cordless drill set here after comparing three other retailers. This one came out a touch dearer than the cheapest option I found. The kit itself is solid and the case is sturdy. Delivery was quick and everything was in the box as listed.
Compared with the big marketplace I normally use, this was clearly a smoother experience from search to checkout. The filters actually work properly and the product pages list the spec details I care about. Delivery took a day longer than I hoped but the item was exactly as described and well packed.
