We moved house last year and the old curtains simply didn't fit the new windows, so I needed something in a hurry. I've been ordering from them for years now, mostly for bedroom and kitchen bits. This time I took a chance on the lined ones and they hung beautifully. The lining kept the morning sun out of the bedroom properly.

I've booked through a few sites for this kind of thing and their confirmation emails are usually a bit vague, but this one gave me the exact address, what to bring and the name of the person coming out. The whole thing took maybe five minutes on my phone.

My booking came through with a reference number straight away, and the reminder email turned up the day before. Only niggle was the payment page timed out once and I had to start again, but I got there.
Compared with the big chain I used to buy from, the choice here is narrower but the quality is noticeably better for the money. The drill set I bought has held up well through a month of weekend jobs. Delivery took a day longer than I'd hoped, and the box was a bit battered, but the set itself is fine.

I've used them for a few years now and they're still my first port of call. The one thing that's slipped a bit is the reply time when I've had a question, it took about three days last time, which felt slow. Otherwise the booking and what came through were what I'd expect. Price is fair enough, if not the cheapest around.
