100%Would buy again
Easily the best place I found for a new router. I'd looked at three other sites and two big names, and this one had the right model in stock with a clear spec sheet. Took about two days to arrive and it works perfectly. Would buy from them again without a second thought.
Read moreThe cartridge for my printer took a good week longer to arrive than the site said it would, and nobody got in touch to explain why until I rang them myself. Once it did turn up it fitted perfectly and the printing has been spot on since. I'd still order from them again though, I just wish they'd kept me posted.
Read moreI'd never ordered from here before so I was a bit nervous about whether the item would turn up in one piece. The product itself is fine, a basic phone charger that does the job. Read moreBought a pack of replacement batteries for the smoke alarms and the price was clearly better than the supermarket. The batteries work and the pack was correct. My only real niggle was the outer box, which had been squashed in transit so one corner was torn. The batteries themselves were fine and nothing leaked. Delivery was quick, so I'd still buy from here again.
Bought a pack of smart plugs to control the lamps when we're away, and the price was lower than the big electronics stores. Everything paired with the app without fuss. The only thing I'd flag is that the pack came without the quick start guide, so I had to look it up online. Otherwise a sensible buy.
I've been buying cables and adapters from this site for around six years, mostly for the home office and the occasional gift for the kids. The HDMI cable I got last month is the same quality as the earlier ones, which is what I've come to expect. Delivery was a day slower than usual this time, which I put down to the bank holiday. Everything else was as I remember it, and the prices remain sensible.
We needed a replacement hose for the washing machine after the old one split on a Sunday. Found the right part quickly and the price was lower than the appliance shop. The only small niggle was that delivery took four working days rather than the two they quoted. Still a decent result for the money.
