My sister is hard to buy for and I'd been stuck for weeks. I've been ordering from this site for years now, mostly bits for the house and the odd gift. Found a lovely wool throw, and it came beautifully wrapped with a little note slip. Always reliable, and they've never once let me down.
Read moreBeen a customer for about six years and usually they're spot on. Last month my order for a pair of work gloves took nearly two weeks to show as dispatched, and the email reply about it came after four days. Stock was there, so I don't know what happened.

Ordered the canvas tote bag on Tuesday and it arrived Friday which was fine. Strap is a bit thinner than I expected from the photos but it's holding my laptop and gym stuff no bother. Checkout was quick on my phone too. Would order again, just saying the strap is the only thing.
Ordered a clear phone case for my new phone. Fits well and the corners feel sturdy. Took a few days to arrive which was a bit slower than the listing said. Still happy with it.

I had been using another supplier for reading glasses cases and this one is a little different. The case is well made but the hinge feels less solid than the one I was used to. Ordering was straightforward and they arrived promptly. A slight disappointment, but I'll keep them on the list.
