I am delighted with my order from the site. It was very easy to place and the customer assistant answered my question about the fabric within the hour. The garment arrived well packed and exactly as described, which is all one can ask.
Read moreOrdered a set of phone chargers on Tuesday morning and the tracking said they were still at the warehouse on Thursday, which was a bit annoying when I'd planned to use them for a trip at the weekend. They did arrive Saturday though, all fine and properly packed. Price was good, a few pounds under the usual places. The only thing I'd change is the delivery estimate, it said two days and really it…

Took them two days to get back to me, which was annoying because I wanted to sort it before the weekend. In the end they swapped them fine and the new pair came quick. My old kettle had finally given up and I needed something sorted before the weekend. I've been ordering from SV77 for years now and it's always been reliable. This time the delivery came the next working day, which was handy.
