Honestly this is the pump I wanted and it does what it should. I have fitted a few of these over the years and this one is quieter than most, with a decent flow even on a low pressure supply. Ordering was quick and the parts list on the page was accurate, so nothing was missing when it arrived.
Read moreI had hoped the handrail would be as sturdy as the one I used to get from my local supplier, but this one felt noticeably lighter when I tried it on the wall. Ordering was simple enough and the delivery arrived on time. Sadly I found the finish scratched on one end, and the customer line kept me waiting a good while before anyone got back to me.
Read moreThey are a sound choice for bathroom adaptations and I would order from them again. The range is sensible and the site let me filter by fitting type, which saved me a lot of time. The only small niggle was that one of the fixings was a fraction short, so I had to nip to the hardware shop on the corner. Otherwise the whole experience was perfectly pleasant and the rail feels solid on the wall.
Read moreYes, great towel rail, looks lovely in the bathroom and arrived fast. Bought it on my phone in about two minutes and the tracking was spot on. Would get the same again.
Looking to buy a bathroom accessory online, the verdict is simple, I would order from them again. The holder arrived quickly, was well made, and fixed to the tile without any drama. Checkout was easy and I got a clear receipt. Nice to have something that just works.

Our shower head had given up and we needed something quick before the weekend. Ordering on my phone was easy and I picked the one with the anti limescale coating. It turned up the next morning and screwed on in five minutes, so the water pressure is back to normal.
I had been to the local showroom for a wall panel and they wanted considerably more than this site, so I was a bit wary of ordering online for the first time. The sample I requested came quickly and the finish matched the screen. The full order arrived without any problems and the fitting was simple. I am glad I took the chance.
Compared with the big DIY chain they were around the same money for a heated towel rail, but the one I got here came with a longer warranty. Checkout was quick and I got a confirmation email straight away. I went with them and haven't looked back.
The shower head arrived the day after I ordered, which was just what I needed. The thread fitted my old hose without any adapter. It does the job well and the spray pattern is what I wanted.
After my hip operation the surgeon suggested a level access shower, and I had been putting off sorting it out for months. I spent a fair while comparing what was on offer before settling on this, and I was glad I did. The tray and drainage were exactly as described, and the fitter came when he said he would. My wife says it is the best thing we have done for the house in years.
I have bought from them before so I knew what to expect, and the grab rails compare well against the ones my local mobility shop charges far more for. Ordering took a few minutes and the delivery was on the date given. Good solid rails for the price.
Ordered the wall mounted basin on my phone during my lunch break and it was really easy to pick the size and finish. Delivery was next day and the box was in one piece. Put it in myself on Sunday, fits perfectly, my boyfriend is impressed.
