Did the whole order on my phone on the bus and it took about five minutes. The measuring instructions were easy to follow and I got the size right first go. The blind came well packed and looks just like the picture, so no complaints from me.
Read moreFirst time ordering from them and the blind was not quite as pictured. The colour looked a bit darker in real life and the fabric felt thinner than I expected. Sending it back has been a bit of a pain too, the returns form was fiddly to find.
Read moreThe brackets they include were the detail I appreciated most, sturdy and clearly labelled, which is rare these days. I found the order process quite straightforward, though I did have to telephone once to confirm a measurement. My husband fitted them without any bother at all.
Read moreWe needed blinds for a new office space that gets heaps of sun in the afternoon. Looked at a few suppliers and these had the best option for the wide windows. Ordering was fine, the only hiccup was one of the brackets needed a second look at the instructions.
Way better than the big chain I usually use for this stuff. Their fabric samples actually matched the real thing and the order was dead easy. Only thing is the delivery took a few days longer than they said, but fine.
Blind is good quality and fitted well first go. A bit pricier than some other sites I checked, which is the only reason it's not five. Delivery came quick though, next day, which I didn't expect.
Had two rental flats to dress and needed something cheap that would last a few years. Went with these after comparing the price for the same size. The blinds are light but work fine. Delivery was a day late, small thing.
