This was my first order so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the checkout was clear and the site told me exactly when things would arrive. I had a question about returns and got a reply within a few hours. Everything came as described and the packaging was neat.
Read moreBought the replacement one after my old one wore out and compared it with a couple of other shops first. This one was a fair bit dearer than the other place I looked at, which put me off a bit at first. Ordering was simple enough but the confirmation email got lost and I had to message them to check it had gone through. It did arrive in the end, just later than I'd hoped.
Read moreOrdered on my phone during a lunch break so this is quick. The site worked fine on mobile and the checkout didn't make me sign in twice which was nice. Only thing was the delivery took a day longer than the date they gave, nothing dramatic but I had to rearrange who was home to take it in. Otherwise sorted, and the price was fine for what it is.
Read moreCompared it to the other sites I'd been using and this one is cheaper on most things I buy. The search is a bit clunky though, filters sometimes reset when you go back a page. Delivery was quick and everything arrived intact.
Bought the starter kit to see if I'd stick with it and the price is fair for what you get. Delivery took a bit longer than the estimate, about four days instead of two, but it turned up with no damage. Customer support answered when I emailed about a missing cable. Not a big deal, just worth knowing.
Got the basic bundle to try it out and it does what I needed. The price was a bit higher than I'd seen elsewhere but the bundle saved a few quid. Delivery came in two days, but the box was slightly crushed on one corner.

I used to order from a shop in town but these days I'd rather do it here, the stock is more reliable. Compared to the high street it's a bit cheaper on most things, though the postage adds up if you only buy one item. I've been a customer since they first started and the service has held up. Nothing's changed much, which I like.
