Storyandsons

I needed a replacement lampshade for my late husband's reading lamp and was rather worried I'd never find the match. The customer team wrote back within the hour to check the fitting size for me. The shade arrived carefully packed and it fits perfectly. I'm very grateful.

Been ordering from Storyandsons since about 2015 and they have never let me down once. The stuff I buy most is the printed cards and wrapping paper for the grandkids, and the site remembers my address so I just log in and reorder in a couple of minutes. Delivery has been reliable every single time, and the prices have stayed about where they were.

Ordered the phone stand and a cable tidy on the bus home. Checkout took about a minute and the app saved my details. Stand arrived the next day and it's solid. Easy.

Got a pack of the storage tubs for the loft and they are proper sturdy, the lids actually click shut. Works out cheaper per tub than the big chains and the postage was free over the threshold. Nothing broke and I'd happily order the same set again when I need more.

Looked at three or four places before picking them for our new telly stand. Their range was the easiest to filter and the price was the lowest I found. Ordered on Tuesday, it turned up Thursday.

Ordered the same toolbox set from them for years and it's always the same quality. Checkout is simple and the delivery slot options work for me. The price is fair for what you get and the order history means I just tick the same items again.

Been buying from them since my uni days and the order history makes reordering a doddle. This time I picked up a cordless drill set and it arrived with the battery already charged, which I didn't expect. Packaging was tidy and the price was the same as last time. Still my first port of call.

Compared to the usual places I normally use this is way easier to get round, the filters actually work. Ordered a pair of trainers and they came in a day quicker than I expected. Proper good, will be back.

Got the desk lamp with the warm light setting and it's perfect for evening work. Ordered it on my phone during my lunch break and it came in a day and a half. Box was fine, lamp works first time.

Our old kettle packed in just before a dinner party so I needed a replacement quick. Placed the order at lunchtime and it was on the doorstep by the next afternoon. Looks smart on the worktop and the price was decent. Been a loyal customer for ages so it's nice when they come through.

Compared with buying the same kettle in town, online here was a fair bit cheaper and the box came without a single dent. I know this sort of thing well from years of buying for the house. Nothing else I'd have changed.

I needed a gift for my sister's seventieth and wanted something she'd actually use. I compared a couple of other shops first, but the hand cream set here had the best reviews. Arrived beautifully wrapped and she was delighted.

I would order from them again without any hesitation, the customer care when I had a question about sizing was courteous and prompt. The dress fitted just as the size guide suggested.

The rug is a proper weight, the pile is thick and it lies flat straight out the box. Knowing the material well, I could tell the backing is decent quality for the money. Checkout was quick and the tracking was accurate to the hour. Would order from here again.

My old gloves had worn through at the thumbs so I needed a proper pair before the spring digging. Ordered on a Tuesday and they were on the doorstep Thursday morning. The fit is spot on and the leather has held up well through a few weeks of use. Good value for what you get.

Bought the chunky knit jumper in the green and honestly it's the warmest thing I own now. The site let me save it to a wishlist and I got a text when it dropped in price, which was nice. Arrived in two days, no complaints. Wore it out last night and got asked where I got it.

Compared a few other sites for a set of bedding, and this one had the best range for the money. Sheets came pre-washed and soft, not stiff like some I've had. The delivery window was narrow and they kept to it.
