We needed a new bread maker after our old one packed in just before the holidays. I looked at three or four places before picking this one, mainly because the reviews on the listing were detailed. The checkout was easy and the price was competitive against the others. The machine arrived well packed and it has made some lovely loaves already. Very happy with the whole thing.

The hose does the job but the fittings felt flimsy compared with the one we replaced. Returning it would mean paying postage both ways, so I'm keeping it for now.

Sizing was a bit off though, I'd normally go a size down so I had to send them back, which was a faff. The return process was fine once I got going but the refund took about a week to show up on my card. Would still shop here again, just check the size chart carefully…
