Looked at a few options before settling on the loft storage rack from the site. It arrived in good time and the fixings were all there, so I got it up in an afternoon. Happy with it so far.
Read moreThe order itself was fine, I found what I wanted quickly and the checkout didn't give me any bother. Delivery took a lot longer than the date they gave me, nearly a week past it, and nobody replied to my email for three days. When it did turn up the item was fine but the wait put me off a bit. The colour looked a shade darker on the screen than it did in person, which I did not expect. Still, the quality is good and it sits nicely in the bedroom. I'd happily order from them again.

The one small niggle was that the delivery slot I wanted wasn't available, so I took the next one, which was a day later than I'd hoped. Otherwise it was all very straightforward and I'd be happy to order again.
Looked at three or four benches before going with this storage bench for the hallway. It's a good size and the lid lifts smoothly. Only thing is the packaging was bigger than it needed to be.
