Honestly the best online shop I've used for years and I've been ordering from them since they started. Ordering is simple, the site remembers what I usually get and the reminders are handy. Customer service have always answered my emails within a day when I've had a question about sizing or a delivery window. My order usually arrives the day it's due, even in the winter. I keep coming back because it just works.

I needed a decent travel adaptor and a small cool bag in a hurry because I was flying out on the Thursday and had nothing sorted. Found both on the site and ordered at lunchtime. They said next day delivery and it actually turned up the following morning, which I wasn't expecting. Packed nicely and everything worked when I got to my hotel. Really pleased, so I'll definitely use them again for last minute stuff.

The first thing I noticed was the price breakdown on each product, it showed the unit cost for things like printer ink so I could compare properly. I'd checked two other sites before this. Ordered a cartridge pack and the price was the lowest I found. Arrived quickly and worked straight out the box. Simple.

I'd wanted a bread maker for ages and this site had a proper range with honest descriptions. Placed the order on a Monday and it turned up Wednesday morning. Set it up at the weekend and the first loaf came out well. Easy to deal with and worth the wait.

I'd been putting off buying a proper grinder and finally picked a burr one from here. Ordering took a few minutes and the grinder arrived within a couple of days. It's quieter than my old one and grinds evenly. Good value for the money and I'd happily order from them again.

Found the site on my phone during my lunch break and the checkout was so quick I nearly missed it. Saved my card details, picked a next day slot and it all came through in under ten minutes between meetings. Only thing is the search bar is a bit fiddly on the small screen but otherwise fine.

Ordered the replacement filter for my boiler, the one that's always a pain to find in shops. Price was lower than the big hardware chains and it arrived in two days. Fitted it myself and it's exactly the right fit. Good value and no fuss at all.

They are the best of the three sites I checked for this. Prices were close but the delivery times were clearer and the order tracking actually worked. Got a pair of running shoes and they came quickly. Nothing to complain about.

Before ordering I checked three other sites for a set of kitchen scales and a digital thermometer. This one was the easiest to find things on, the product pages list the dimensions and what's in the box clearly, and the total at the end matched what I saw on the first page. Shipping was free over a certain amount which made the difference for me.

I started ordering my garden supplies from them when they first opened and I needed somewhere reliable for bulbs and compost in the autumn. The ordering has got better over the years and the account keeps my delivery address. Last season the compost came in a bag that was easy to lift and the bulbs arrived before the first frost. Staff replied quickly when a bag was damaged. Keep it up.

Compared with the big chain stores this came out cheaper and the delivery slot was easier to pick. Bought a set of hand towels and they feel softer than the ones I'd seen in shops. Packaging was neat. Happy with it.

I've been using heat tools for years so I know what I'm looking for, and I bought a 2 inch curling wand from here. The barrel heats evenly and the temperature settings are where they should be. Delivery was quick and the item was exactly as described. Would buy another from them.

I needed a replacement lid for my slow cooker after mine cracked. Found the exact one here and it arrived in good time for Sunday dinner. I have ordered from them for years and they have never let me down.

Compared to the other two places I looked at, this was simpler to use and the checkout had fewer steps. The other sites wanted me to make an account before I could even see the postage cost. Here the total was shown up front, which I liked. Bought a winter coat and it came in a few days. Very happy with that.

I needed a new hard drive for my laptop after the old one started making a clicking noise. A mate recommended this place so I gave it a go. The ordering was simple, the drive arrived the next day and it was packed well. Plugged it in and it works fine.
