My old reading lamp finally packed in, so I needed something sturdy for the evenings. I've bought from this site for years and the lamp I chose was exactly what I wanted. Ordering took a few minutes and the box arrived when they said it would. Pleased as always.
Read moreI needed a replacement cushion for my garden chair after the old one split, which is why I went looking online. Unfortunately the cover I received was a shade darker than the picture and the zip was a bit stiff. When I contacted the team about it, they took several days to come back to me. I'm sorry to say I was rather disappointed with the whole thing.
Read moreI've been ordering from this site for about ten years now and the verdict is simple, I'd still choose it. The bedding I buy every winter arrives exactly as described and the returns are straightforward when something doesn't suit. The account page remembers my sizes which saves a lot of bother. Thank you for keeping it up.
Read moreThis was my first time ordering from the site, and I picked up a denim jacket for my sister's birthday. The fit was lovely and it came wrapped in tissue paper with a little note. The only niggle was that delivery took four working days when the page said three. Would order again though.
I needed a present for my nan's birthday in a hurry, which is why I ended up on the site. The gift I picked was nice and it came wrapped, though the card was a bit flimsy. Delivery took two days which was fine. Only small thing was the gift message box was tiny so I had to shorten it.
Honestly the verdict is that the candle set is nice for the price, though the scent was a touch lighter than I expected from the description. Delivery was quick and the candles arrived unbroken. I know my way around home fragrance so I'd say it's a decent middle option.
Compared to the big high street chain I was going to use, this was about a fiddy cheaper for the same hair dryer. Ordering was fine, delivery came in two days. The box was a bit crushed on one corner but the dryer was fine so I'm not bothered.
