We needed a full replacement track for a sliding door after the old one cracked in the frost, and we'd been putting it off for months. I know this area well from fitting a few of these over the years, so I checked the profile and load rating before buying. What arrived matched the specification to the millimetre and the fixings were the right grade. Fitted it in an afternoon and it runs smooth…
Read moreThe first thing that bothered me was how long it took to hear back when I emailed about the track length, which was nearly a week. I've ordered from them a few times over the years so I expected a quicker answer. The order itself was fine and the parts were the right ones. It just felt slow when I had a question. I'd hoped for a bit more support given I was unsure of my measurements.
Read moreWe needed something to stop the bifold doors on our extension rattling and sticking in the cold, and this sorted it. I know my way round a door hardware catalogue so I was picky about the spec, and the kit they sent matched the listing exactly with nothing missing from the box. Fitting took my husband an afternoon with basic tools, and the instructions were clear enough that we didn't have to…
Read moreWe've used them for years now, mostly for little bits of hardware for the doors at home. The prices are fair and the things we've ordered have lasted well. This time the box took an extra few days to arrive and we had to chase it, which was annoying but it did turn up in the end.
Bought a set of replacement rollers for a sliding wardrobe door, and it was a few quid less than the hardware shop down the road. The rollers came in a small padded bag and fitted straight in. The only thing I'd flag is the instructions are a bit thin, so take your time.
I needed a replacement folding door track for my conservatory, as the original had worn through at one end. Their website made it easy to find the right kit by measuring the opening. The track arrived promptly and the instructions were clear enough for my son to fit it.
Ordered a folding door kit on the site in the morning and it turned up the next afternoon. The fixings were all there but one screw was a bit stripped, so I had to find a spare. Otherwise the door runs well and I'd order again.
Yeah it's good, the kit works and the wardrobe door runs fine now. Only thing is it took like five days to arrive which was longer than the site said. Checkout was dead easy though, didn't have to make an account.
Needed replacement runners for a wardrobe door that had gone off track. Ordered on my phone during a lunch break, took about two minutes. Price is a bit higher than the big DIY place but the parts were in stock and arrived quick.
