My order took well over a week to arrive, and when I rang the number I was kept waiting for some time before anyone answered. The goods themselves were as described and the prices were fair, which I appreciated. I'm not sure I'd rush back, but I wouldn't rule them out either.
Ordered a replacement golf glove on the Tuesday and it turned up Thursday, which was fine for me. Size was right and the price was a few quid more than the big chain shop down the road but I didn't mind paying that for the convenience. Checkout asked me to make an account first which was a bit of a faff, though.
