Honestly really happy with this one. Ordered a moisturiser on a Friday night thinking it would take ages, and it came Monday morning, which was miles faster than I thought. Smells nice without being too strong and my skin feels soft after one night. Checkout was easy and I got a code for my next order too which was a nice surprise. Not sure what else to say really, I'd just get it again.
Read moreThe delivery date shown at checkout was five working days, but my parcel didn't arrive until the middle of the following week. I did ring to ask and the woman I spoke to was polite and gave me an apology, though I did wait a while on hold. The product itself is fine, but I expected a more reliable service for the price I paid.
Read moreMy usual moisturiser had run out and the chemist wanted nearly double what I paid online here, so I went looking. Found a multi-buy offer on the site and grabbed two, which worked out well for the money. The order came through in about three days and everything was properly packed. I checked the ingredients against the old one and it's basically the same stuff. Good value, I'll keep buying from…
Read moreUsed the site to reorder my cleanser and it was simple enough to find what I wanted. The price was a bit higher than I've seen it elsewhere though, and I'd have liked a discount code for a repeat order. Arrived in two days, no complaints there.
Decent enough for what it is, though I would not say it's cheap. I paid a bit more than I'd have liked for a basic moisturiser compared with the chemist down the road. Delivery was on time and the box arrived in one piece. Ordering was simple. Customer service replied to my question within a day but the answer was a bit vague. Fine if you want it sorted quickly, but I'd check prices elsewhere first.
Honestly it's okay but I expected a bit more for the price. The mask did what it said, my skin felt calmer. First order with them and it took a while to get the delivery, nearly a week, which was longer than the site said. Didn't have any real problems though. Probably wouldn't rush back.
